Pest not covered under this plan: German roaches, termites or other wood  destroying pests, bees, bedbugs, rodents or wildlife.  

* The larger cockroaches, like the American and Oriental cockroach are covered under this plan. The roaches that you see in the kitchen cabinets are the German roaches, and they are not covered under this plan.

Yes. We use environmentally friendly products, and they are safe for pets children and plants.

Yes. We guarantee you will have a pest-free home and be 100% satisfied with every aspect of our services or we’ll come out and make it right… or refund 200% of your money. Yes, you read that right we will “DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK!” 

Yes & No. We do ask you to sign a twelve month service agreement but you can cancel your service at any time. The agreement just lines out our responsibilities as a company and your responsibilities as a client.

As long as your home is reasonably organized and clean, and the yard is not massively overgrown with stored items all the way around the property we should be good to go. We have the proper tools to get in and around the areas that we need for treatment.

No. The products that we use have virtually no odor and are  safe, so it’s not necessary for you to leave during treatment.

Yes. It is not uncommon to see an increase in pest activity after a treatment has been performed. The treatment agitates the pests, and they start moving around in the treated areas and eventually die off.

No. Having just one service may kill a few pests, but it will not get your pests under control. Don’t waste your money on a one-time treatment!
